2. What data we collect and why
2.1 Website analytics (Google Tag Manager)
With your consent we use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to load analytics scripts that collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, referrer URL, device type and approximate location (country/city level). This data helps us understand how visitors use our site and improve its content.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings button on our site.
2.2 Contact and booking
When you book a call via cal.com or send us an email, we process the personal data you provide (name, email address, message content) to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a commercial offer.
Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.3 Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically collects technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system and timestamps. This data is used for security, troubleshooting and legal compliance.

4. Data recipients
We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:

- cal.com, Inc. — appointment scheduling platform, when you book a call.
- Hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) — website hosting and delivery.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers (Google, Vercel, cal.com) are based in the United States. Transfers are safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other appropriate safeguards as required by Art. 46 GDPR.
6. Retention periods
- Analytics data: up to 14 months from the date of collection (Google Analytics default).
- Contact / booking data: for the duration of business relationship plus the applicable statutory limitation period (up to 6 years under Polish law).
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access your personal data (Art. 15)
- Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”, Art. 17)
- Restrict processing (Art. 18)
- Data portability (Art. 20)
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal (Art. 7(3))
